Disability Insurance Series – Part 3

Today I wanted to introduce an article containing an interview of a very dear friend and colleague of mine, Mr. Evan Schwartz of the law firm, Quadrino Schwartz. Evan has a national practice that specializes in the litigation of disability claims. When a disability insurance carrier denies a claim, he and his firm then litigate against the insurance company to argue the case that the claim should be paid.

When you are in a position where litigating disability claims is what you do for a living, you become intimately aware of the need and importance of disability income insurance and all the various types of products that are available for the consumer. Evan was recently interviewed by Danielle Andrus of ThinkAdvisor about these products and how they work.

If you have any questions regarding disability insurance or are in the process of making a claim, give us a call before you process the claim. Evan’s firm has been very helpful to us in helping our clients and advisors complete the process in a way that increases the likelihood of making the claim successful. Enjoy the article, and again, give us a call, and let us know how we can help you.
